RULES OF THE CONTEST BY DRAWING LOTS

The GROWSHOPS company is organizing, on the Facebook page and on the Instagram account of Growshopsa FREE CONTEST GAME with no obligation to buy

Participation is recorded during an action, free of charge, to a publication of the Game on the Instagram account or Facebook page accessible at the following addresses:

- https://www.facebook.com/GrowshopsFR
- https://www.instagram.com/growshops_
(Hereinafter "Instagram Account" and "Facebook Page").

The Game being accessible on the Facebook page and on the Instagram account of Growshopsin no event will Facebook or Instagram be liable for any dispute related to the Game.
Facebook and Instagram are neither organizers nor sponsors of the operation.

ARTICLE 1: "Conditions of Participation"

Participation is open to any natural person residing in Metropolitan France excluding employees of the company GROWSHOPS as well as members of their families residing under the same roof. No legal entity may participate.

Participation is strictly nominative and the participant may not under any circumstances play under several pseudonyms, with several email addresses, regardless of the number of email addresses he or she has or on behalf of other participants. In the event of multiple entries, all entries will be void.

Any entry that does not comply with the characteristics set out above will not be taken into account. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, postal address or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any attempt at fraud, cheating, false declaration, false indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant.

ARTICLE N°2 : "Participation modalities

It is necessary to have access to the Internet to participate in the Contest. Access to the Contest is exclusively on the Internet.

To participate in the Contest, the participant must:

1) Go to one of the internet addresses of the Game mentioned in Article 1.
2) Have an Instagram account or a Facebook account.
3) Be subscribed to the Instagram account or Facebook page and like the Game's publication.
4) Invite at least 3 friends to comment on this publication

The participant's entry will be considered complete if the 4 points mentioned above are cumulatively met.
Any incomplete participation or participation that contravenes these rules will be considered null and void.
Each participant can only participate once.

The winner agrees to accept the prize as offered, without the possibility of exchanging it for cash or other goods or services of any kind nature whatsoever.

Article N°4 : "Contest Dates

Date of the beginning of the contest: 01/03/2021
Date of the end of the contest: 31/03/2021 at 23h59.

Date of the draw: 02/04/2021.

Article N°5 : "Selection of the winner/Publication of the results

The prize will be awarded to the winner designated by a random draw, carried out by the Organizing Company.
The winner will win the gift mentioned in Article 4.

The winner will only be contacted by Instagram via private message or via private message on Facebook.

Only one winner will be designated per household (same name, same address and/or same email address) for the game period of the operation.

Any incomplete or inaccurate contact information will be considered null and void and will not allow the winner to obtain his/her prize. The prize that was then awarded to the winner concerned will not be put back into play. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity and domicile by the organizing Company, without, however, the Company being obliged to proceed with a systematic verification of all entries received. No participation by mail will be taken into account.

Article N°6 : "Attribution of the Prize

The gift will be sent to the Winner by the Organizing Company, in the form of a parcel sent by mail to the address he/she has indicated.
Strictly limited to its designation, the gift offered to the winner does not include any additional costs and services that may be related to its enjoyment or use, which is the responsibility of the winner. They may not give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to the return of its cash value (total or partial), nor to its exchange or replacement for another gift, of any value whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.

The gift that has not been awarded for any reason whatsoever, beyond the control of the organizing Company, may be purely and simply cancelled. In addition, the Organizing Body shall not be held responsible in the event of problems of delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail.

Article N°7 : "Personal Data

The personal data collected within the framework of participation in the game are processed, recorded and used by the Organizing Body in order to proceed with the proper management of this Game and to notify the winner.

In accordance with the "Loi informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978, amended on August 6, 2004, participants have the right to access, oppose, rectify or delete information concerning them. Any request must be sent by mail to the address of the organizer mentioned in article 1.

The participant will indicate his or her name, first name and postal address. In accordance with the regulations in force, the request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing his or her signature and specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
A reply will then be sent to him/her within 2 months of receipt of the request, as evidenced by the postmark.

Article N°8 : "Conditions of Exclusion

The responsibility of the organizer could not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or independent of its will, the game had to be modified, shortened or cancelled.

The information relating to the cancellation or modification of this Game would be posted as the present rules.

The organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the Rules, in particular to remove any participant who has made an inaccurate or misleading statement or fraud.

Article N°9 : "Acceptance/Consultation of the Rules

The mere fact of participating in this Game implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules and the arbitration, in the last resort, of GROWSHOPS without dispute.

No telephone inquiries or claims regarding the application or interpretation of these rules will be entertained. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the draw must be made in writing to the organizer's address. No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the end of the game.

Article N°10 : "Litigation

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the sole obligation of the organizer under the Game is to submit the collected entries to the draw, provided that his/her participation complies with the terms and conditions of these Rules, and to award the gift to the winner, according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Rules.

The organizer cannot be held responsible, without this list being limitative, for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind nature the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet both in terms of technical performance, response times for consulting, questioning or transferring information.
