Nasturtium has a very long, branched stem, showcasing remarkable orange-red flowers of exceptional size and irregular shape. What makes this plant even more special is that every part is edible, from the flowers to the seeds, offering a broad culinary palette.

For optimum growth, opt for soil rich in organic matter and well exposed to sunlight. Sow at a depth of 2 cm from March to mid-May. Seed emergence takes just 8 days in soil maintained at 18°C.

Nasturtiums bloom from June to October, with peppery flowers reminiscent of watercress. These flowers are rich in vitamin C and have powerful antiseptic properties.
