The mist maker is an innovative humidifier based on the ultrasonic principle. A membrane vibrates to the rhythm of ultrasound, allowing water to evaporate without any heat release. This device is ideal for achieving optimum humidity levels for certain reptiles, tree snakes and plants, thanks to bacteria-free 5-micron micro-droplets.
Ultrasonic technology: the vibrating membrane evaporates water without releasing heat.
Microdroplets: produces 5-micron droplets, ensuring optimum humidity without bacteria.
Adaptability: perfect for reptiles, tree snakes and plants requiring a high level of humidity.
Instructions for use
Use with a timer: plug in the mist maker on a timer and set it according to your needs, e.g. 15 minutes per hour. At this rate, the membrane will have an indicative lifespan of around 3 months.
Membrane maintenance: clean the membrane regularly with a dry cloth, ideally once a week, to extend its lifespan.
Water temperature: make sure the water temperature is between +5°C and +40°C for optimum operation.
Optimizing efficiency
To maximize the efficiency of the mist makers efficiency, we recommend adding a splash guard and a buoy. These accessories help control splashing and keep the membrane at the right height for optimum performance.
