Rockwool tray - 150 cubes of 2,5 x 2,5 cm

These horticultural rockwool plugs, due to their size, represent the ideal substrate for any seedling or cutting. Used in professional horticulture, rockwool is the substrate that has long since proven itself. It allows an optimal oxygenation at the root level, has anti-rotting properties, it allows a good retention of water and nutrients and also avoids the shocks of transplantation (the cubes fit into each other). The cube allows the plant to establish itself and begin its growth. Once the cube is colonized by the roots, it is placed on a cut-out at its size (on a rockwool loaf, or repotted in coconut fiber, clay ball or simply in soil). One can also lead a small fast growing plant to term only in the cube on a tide table. Dimensions: - Tray: 52.5 x 31.5 cm (150 cubes) - Cubes: 2.5 x 2.5 x 4.0 cm Use: - Plunge the plugs in a solution with ph adjusted to about 5.5 (about 12 hours ) - Drain them well by pressing lightly on them Precaution for use: Wearing masks and gloves are recommended (it is irritating to the skin and respiratory tract). Humid, it remains inoffensive.
