Growing Guide

Soil care: rich, permeable soil.

Sowing: under cover at a temperature close to 20°C, transplant in place at the stage 4 to 5 leaves with 50 cm between the plants and 75 cm between rows.

Emergence: in 8 to 11 days in soil at 20°C.

Watering: supports rather well the dryness. Once a week on mulched soil.

Harvest: green when immature or yellow-orange when mature.

Conservation: about ten days in the vegetable bin.

Origin : native to South America.
