Description
Savory is a small, particularly aromatic shrub with a pungent, peppery flavor.
Resistant to -28°C.
White flowers. Plant with flowers very mellifères.
The savory belongs to the family of the Lamiaceae.

Guide of culture
Culture: not asphyxiating ground, light and deep.
It adapts to all the altitudes and exposures.

Sowing: at 1 cm of depth in pot or in full ground in line at 20 cm of spacing between the plants.

Raising: 8 to 10 days.

Dose : 1 g/m².

Height : 30 cm.

Sowing and harvesting dates :
- Sowing : direct from end of April to end of June (90 g/are), or sow in clods.
- Harvest of the leaves all year long.
