Description
America Spinach produces thick, dark green leaves that are particularly waffled to curly.
Variety resistant to bolting but not too cold.

Growing Guide
Grow in light, healthy, cool, shady soil. Water regularly.

Sowing: 2 cm deep, in the ground, keeping only one plant every 6 cm.

Emergence: 9 to 12 days in soil at 22°C.

Planting density (in cm): 25x25 cm (10-13 plants/linear meter) 15 to 20 plants/m².

Sowing and harvesting dates :
In the South : two periods :
- Sowing : mid-August to October. Harvest : October to March.
- Sowing : mid-January to March. Harvest: April to May.
(be careful with the rise in seeds).
In the North : three periods :
- Sowing : end of July to August. Harvesting : from September.
(be careful with the rise to seed).
- Sowing: September to October. Harvest: March to April.
- Sowing : February to July. Harvest : mid-April to July.
(beware of the seeds going to seed).
