Description
The bright red Etampes squash is an early variety that will give you yellow flesh. This squash is ideal to cook in gratin, jam or puree.

Growing Instructions
Soil maintenance: Loosen the soil 30 cm before sowing.
Sowing: 3.5 cm deep in packets of 2 to 3 seeds. Leave only one plant every 90 cm and 130 cm between rows, then hoe and weed. At the time of sowing or transplanting in the garden, put in the hole of plantation a mixture of compost and manure.
Emergence: in 6 to 8 days.
Watering: Water regularly but beware of stagnant humidity.
Harvest: In dry weather
