Radish - Raphanus sativus L. - is a nutritious source of vitamins and minerals. Among the varieties, the 18-day radish stands out for its unique characteristics. It is a half-long, cylindrical radish, with a pinkish-red hue on the upper 2/3 and a white tip on the lower 1/3. Its flesh is firm and brilliantly white, offering a tasty experience.

For optimum growth, soil preparation is crucial. Prefer deeply tilled, light, loose, permeable soil, free of stones, to prevent forked roots.
