With its generous 2.5 cm diameter, this round radish has a carmine-red hue on the top 2/3 and a white tip on the bottom 1/3, offering a vibrant, appetizing appearance. Its firm, very white flesh and savory taste make it a delicious addition to your dishes. What's more, this variety is not very sensitive to digging, guaranteeing consistent quality.

To ensure optimum growth of your National radishes, take care to prepare the soil properly. Choose deeply tilled, light, loose, permeable soil, free of stones to avoid forked roots. When sowing, plant the seeds at a depth of 2-3 cm, from March to the end of September. You can opt for direct broadcast or row sowing, staggered every 10 days. Once the seeds have emerged in 3 to 4 days in soil kept at a temperature of 12°C, thin to 3 cm for optimum growth.

The recommended planting density is 3 x 15 cm, for healthy radish development. You can harvest your National Radishes 30 to 40 days after sowing, from April to late October, for optimum freshness.
