Sowing guide

Sowing: From March to August, sow directly in the ground, creating rays 20 cm apart. Be sure to thin out regularly, harvesting the young plants for consumption and allowing the others to develop fully.

Harvesting: harvest your mix of young shoots around 3 to 5 weeks after sowing, when the shoots are tender and ready to be eaten. Pick with care to preserve their freshness and delicate flavours.
