Eggplant 'Tsakoniki' AB is a mid-early old Greek variety, distinguished by its elongated purple fruit with white stripes. Approximately 20-25 cm long, these eggplants have a white flesh with good taste and no bitterness, making them ideal for Mediterranean dishes. The sachet contains 50 seeds for growing this variety well adapted to warm climates.

Growing tips:
Sow in a bucket of fine sowing compost in March/April on a warm bed (constant 25°C) indoors or in a heated greenhouse. Cover the seeds with a few mm of sowing compost, then press down. Place your pots near a window and water the surface lightly if the potting soil dries out. Transplant young plants measuring 15 cm into the ground at the end of May in cool, deep, humus-rich soil with warm, sunny exposure at 50 cm in all directions.
